Nothing too strenuous, we got a hard week ahead of us.
Had a good time at the park this morning with some friends on my birthday. We practiced some bodyweight drills, a little kettlebell work, and getting schmacked in the grill with playground swings. Haha, unfortunately I wasn't able to get the grill schmacking on video, but it is a lesson learned. If something is coming at your face, move. Simple, genius.

Hey Matt, great article! One question, whats your reasoning for 6 smaller meals? do you just prefer to eat smaller meals throughout the day? Im guessing you have heard that its been proven that the number of meals consumed does not add any benefit for metabolism compared to 2-3 bigger meals.

I just focus on eating good quality food and doing what works best for your lifestyle, and performance. Not everybody should follow a program written in stone. If 3 meals works best for you, or 6, you will be fine. It is up to the individual to explore their own body and find what works best for them. Pay attention to your body and recognize when you feel best and worst. What were you eating at those times? How much were you sleeping, etc?Keep a journal of not only your daily training, but all of your daily habits and rituals, find the patterns and make adjustments to enhance your life

But most importantly, cut out the crap from your life that is not helping you
