Mike House, owner of House Strength Camp in Houston, recently participated in a kettlebell tournament where he took 1 st place in the Big Boy division with 90 jerks with a pair of 24 kg bells and 80/80 snatch with one hand switch without putting the bell down in less than 10 minutes. He knows something about hard work, pain management and creating happiness in your life. Listen and enjoy the interview. Any questions for me or Mike, please post up. I'm at a stage right now where I am not solely focused on the results of my efforts and training, but more so about simply enjoying the process. It seems so many people are extremely results driven, they are all about busting through plateaus and avoiding stagnation at all costs. I think this is great, to an extent, as we should all have goals and not simply go through the motions on a daily basis. However, we all spend about 95-99% of our lives on a plateau, the other few percent is spent celebrating new accomplishments and grandiose moments of achievement. So, we tend to hate or avoid the plateau at all cost, yet we spend most of our time there. Do not live for tomorow or you won't enjoy today.
