Mike House, owner of House Strength Camp in Houston, recently participated in a kettlebell tournament where he took 1 st place in the Big Boy division with 90 jerks with a pair of 24 kg bells and 80/80 snatch with one hand switch without putting the bell down in less than 10 minutes. He knows something about hard work, pain management and creating happiness in your life. Listen and enjoy the interview. Any questions for me or Mike, please post up.
