In the following video I discuss a few options we all have available to us to help our shoulders start feeling better right now. Please share your thoughts and perhaps any considerations you have for good shoulder mobility or simply good shoulder warm up, prehab or rehab exercises. There are many out there, what do you like?

I use those bulgarian sandbag rotations for my warm ups, as a part of coumplets, triplets as a lightest exercise and go more reps. I find it very usefull for not only shoulder mobility, but also stability and flexibility of entire body. Chains are also very usefull equipment. Great video :)

I've noticed that doing tissue work with a lax ball on the rotators has really helped. T-Spine mobility drills also help a lot.

What has helped a lot my shoulders is stretching the way Pavel Tsatsouline shows on his relax into stretch video, that has really helped me to relief the tension on my pecs.
