Great stuff, very motivating for a trainer such as myself. Trying to take my clients and myself to the next level and eventually become a coach. Gets me pumped.

A few of the coaches here I unfortunately didn't recognize. I definately want to change that. This vid really hit home with me because it made me realize that the people I learn from almost all have the same the story which is like mine. Started off trying to bodybuild and get bigger and stronger and yet didn't know shit. When I started, all I really knew was 3 sets of 10 and bench pressing..yada yada.. I had (and still do have) a huge hunger for knowledge of everything I can learn about this game (my passion). I was very fortunate to very early on come across Zach Evenesh and his blog which absolutely changed everything for me. He was doing what I had thought all along, which is not overcomplicating shit. I knew I wanted be strong and capable and when I realized that there were other people that thought the same way and were doing this type of training, that is where I set my sights. I still try to learn the science but I'm mostly still meatheaded in that regard. I took some basic online courses to get a grip on anatomy and movement, learn every thing I can from you guys, I study programming how and why and everything else I can get y hands on. Maybe it's an odd obsession but I like it. It took me awhile to start realizing that I know some shit, I have developed my own style, my own philosophies and how the body works. Great video Matt. Thanks again.
