I almost always begin my primary work in my training sessions with some sort of power exercise, like a variation of an Olympic lift. I do it because I can, and because I like it. I think it is a good fit for me because I like using my entire body when I train. Various throws or jumps might be a better option to substitute or rotate in if the need occurs. Here is a sample training session beginning with a specific warm up and moving through the progressions of the lifts.

So help me understand. These cats bought/rented an entire church and turned it into six separate business entities? That's some epic work.
