This is a very tough post because I was hoping to write about how much ass we kicked yesterday. While the Warsaw Eagles did kick some ass, we won 42-7, I unfortunately banged up my knee and I'll get an MRI this week to see the extent of the damage. So, this definitely derails my training slightly, but it can't stop me altogether. I promise to make the most out of this unfortunate situation, I won't get down on myself, and I will continue to help others train as hard as possible through this injury and time of adversity. Sometimes having an injury can actually be a blessing in disguise because it forces you to do things differently than you are used to. This could be just the thing I needed to take my own training to another level, but it is certainly bad timing, as it happened in the first game of the season. I will be back, badder than ever. In the meantime, I will just have to be more creative with my training to make it as effective as possible with my current situation. Looks like I see lots of muscle ups in my future...
