During my recent trip to Copenhagen, I met some amazing people, and got to learn a little about the people behind the scenes at the largest CrossFit affiliate on the planet at CrossFit Copenhagen. These guys are building an army of athletes and a fitness community that is unparalleled anywhere that I have ever been. If you own or train in a warehouse or CrossFit type of "small box" facility, outside of the major chain globo gyms, this interview "Tour with Thor", head trainer at CF Copenhagen, will certainly peak your interest.

I had the pleasure of staying with these guys for 5 days and learned a ton about what they're doing differently from a lot of other people. We traveled an hour to Sweden to sleep and back to Copenhagen in the morning to train. A harmonious blend of city and country lifestyle. The perfect Yin and Yang in my opinion. Its easy to see why they're so successful when you are there. This short video doesn't tell the whole story, but plants a seed.

Success leaves clues. Spending time and surrounding yourself with like minded people who are more successful than you is the best way to create the type of success you want for yourself. This was one of the most intriguing places I have been in a very long time.
