No matter how strong your passion is, if you don't have aim/direction/goals, it means almost nothing. Its kind of like having the worlds most deadly bullet, but you can't hit a target for shit. Stay focused on your goal, and make sure that everything you do is getting you closer to where you want to be. I'd like to hear what your values are in the comment section below. It's truly a great topic. I want to live my life doing what I love to do. I want to live with integrity, and build strong bonds with the people that are important to me. I love learning more about my craft because it enables me to share more and help others pursue their goals. What values drive you on a daily basis?

Are you passionate about what you do? If so, congratulations on your success. If not, I hope you find it soon.
A few minutes in the mind of Dave Tate discussing small business ownership at The Learn to Train Seminar in January. The Athletic Domination Seminar we held in Manchester, England last weekend was a huge success! We had 17 athletes participate and all had great things to say! I want to personally thank every one of you for coming out and listening to what Sean, Z and I had to offer. Anyone who is interested in daily programming from TSS, instructional videos for weightlifting, strongman, powerlifting, kettlebell and bodyweight training and more, you need to check out the Private membership area on the website. It is updated daily with tons of great training information. Get started now by clicking here!! Here's what some people had to say about the seminar... Richard Taper Matt, thanks for a great day yesterday. The amount of information delivered in one day was incredible. Your ability to break down movements into their most basic form was brilliant. Partner that up with actually taking everyone through the progressions was what made the seminar so valuable. Thanks again Matt, Zoran dubaic and Sean keefe. Spk soon Rich Adam Hope Hi Matt, just wanted to congratulate you on a great Seminar yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed it and it was awesome to actually get hands on with the exercises rather than be lectured, which really helped me develop my technique. If you do any more seminars in the UK again let me know! Definitely recommend this guy! Alex Brooker Matt, thanks for coming to the UK and holding a great seminar. Your progressions and teaching cues are great! Will apply them loads. Also thanks for being a great guy and spending time with us, I really appreciate it, was great getting to know you better. Had a great weekend and hope to see you at "THE STRENGTH SHOP" soon. Cheers mate!! You might not be able to get to one of my international seminars, but you can bring my knowledge to you every single day, ask me questions, and get coached daily when you join TSS private membership area! Get started today! If none of the experts ever gave back, we would have only a bunch of idiots walking around telling others what to do.

Here is a preview from the Learn to Train Seminar at Elite FTS a few weeks ago. It was info packed and you shouldn't miss it if you want a bigger, safer bench!
Part 2 on learning to squat like a pro.
If your squat isn't perfect, that means all of us, then you should watch this video. I know the quality leaves a lot to be desired, but with the abundance of people in attendance at an EliteFTS seminar, (as you can imagine) it's the best I could do. I probably should not even be sharing this info, because lots of people pay good money for this, but here goes a few minutes anyway...
