I always laugh when I run across my old videos. It's pretty bad.
In the following video I discuss a few options we all have available to us to help our shoulders start feeling better right now. Please share your thoughts and perhaps any considerations you have for good shoulder mobility or simply good shoulder warm up, prehab or rehab exercises. There are many out there, what do you like?
We have part 3 of our Coach Reeve presentation today, enjoy some more words of wisdom. As far as a good deload workout, we got that too.
1.) Trap bar deadlift 40% of max x 5, 50% x 5, 60% x 5
3 sets, moderate weight, rest 60 seconds between sets
2A.) Snatch x 5
2B.) Push Press x 5
2C.) Clean x 5
2D.) Push Press x 5
2E.) Racked Reverse Lunge x 5
2F.) Swing x 5
Put more focus into your mobility and practice 1-2 lifts that you suck at every day, very light and sharp of course. Any questions as far as technique on a particular lift could be asked here or in the forum and I will make a few videos as necessary.
