Day 47

• Building up my squats 10-20 pounds a week
  
• Still doing linear progression with 5x5 
  
• Notice the intensity is still relatively low, as I get 13 reps on final set
  
• Changing assistance exercises slightly
  
• Having fun with holds and hangs
