This is intended to be a stimulating workout that challenges new movement patterns. Your movement should not be perfect, use light weights as your back will round, you will wobble, you'll feel awkward. That's good! Allow your body to feel something new. Use these types of exercises and training sessions sparingly and treat them as dessert. They are great on occasion to stimulate the senses, but if you overdo it, your training will go to crap. Have fun!
