I was lucky enough to have another conversation with my friend Chris Dillon, owner of Nu-Health Strategies, and he very graciously shared some intriguing information regarding health, nutrition and supplementation. Many athletes and fitness enthusiasts look for the best options to give them an advantage to help them reach their goals. In many cases, you might not be getting what you bargained for. Check out Chris's website here and see for yourself if his service can benefit your lifestyle. He is available for nutritional sports couseling and much more. I respect Chris's information because he is knowledgeable, passionate, and he does not shove is beliefs down your throat and try and sell you on anything. He simply shares his information and lets you make a decision. If you decide you would like to take further action to advance your health and well being, he will help you the best he can. Enjoy the discussion, and as always, feel free to ask questions and post comments. This is a 4 part series. Its scary to read such research. looking at the options left for vegetarians, we as trainers suggest adding a whey protein/low carb version to their diets. soy was definitely a low key affair in the larger scheme of things. this article (i read the pdf) is an eye opener. thank you

Low carb? What a terrible recommendation. If you want energy, go high carb.
