Following up day one with day two of this very basic cycle for training in a regular gym and actually trying to make gains and not get kicked out. Your final statement has been the story of my life for the last year. Its all about being consistant and getting it done. I have been doing so much traveling the last year dealing with shitty makeshit gyms in Afghanistan or bullshit hotel gyms. Just trying to put in the work and get better. Awesome post. I like to watch what the other knuckleheads are doing in the background lol. The more you train with the basics the more u come full circle and realize that all the fancy gizmos and isolation exercises in the world will not get you to where you want to be. And as not for anything bro but you. are a strong ass dude. There aren't many people that possess your strength and conditioning. Most of all you're humble which makes you better than a lot of those that do. Keep up the killer content and DO WORK!
