I started recording my training session today, but my camera died a few minutes in, so I got nothing of value. Bad planning and preparation... oh well. I got the second part of the Donnie Thompson presentation for your viewing pleasure instead. He is way cooler than I am anyway. I will be having many more videos of my training coming to the blog, so ask questions and post comments to help me out. Heeeeere's Donnie...

this was a strength clinic for coaches and athletes. different people present on different topics. These are held all over, all the time. You gotta look around and get involved. I am not sure I understand your question...

Matt what up, that clinic looked bad ass! Thanks for viewing it on your website for us to see. In your opinion, what clinic/seminars for performance enhancement are most worth while to attend? I love going to these things, but just comes down to money and when I do it I wanna get as much as I can like anyone else...thx brother.

Sorry if I made it confusing...just saying if besides Donnie's part do you know of anywhere else ( website, blog, etc) that I could view others speakers,if someone else recorded them... I'll be attending Zach's USC cert in Feb and HTKA in March but looks like I got some other events to hit up also... cool thanks for sharing...

Strongman training can be applied to improve sports performance. If you have the right equipment, strongman training can even be an excellent tool for fitness as well as athletics. Training with odd implements can add something new and exciting for your athletes, and you can spark up much interest by allowing your young athletes to flip a tire like the giants on ESPN's World Strongest Man show. It has been well established that a sturdy foundation is highly important.
