One of the exercises that has always given me a hard time is the deadlift. In my opinion, performed heavy, the deadlift is the most taxing movement you can perform in the gym. However, if done correctly, the benefits of the deadlift can be astounding. Packing on slabs of rock hard muscle, getting leaner, stronger and correcting posture can't be a bad thing. My good friend Joe Meglio has put together some great videos for you to take advantage of and learn form one of the best in the game. He has deadlifted 3 times his bodyweight to hoist an impressive 600 pounds from the floor.
