All the programmed training and hard work we do in the gym comes down to one reality: how well do you perform? We all should train for a reason, whether it to look better, feel better, or perform better. But something that should never be taken for granted, is having the ability to get outside and have some fun. Check the video to see what this session was all about. Sometimes you gotta get away from the barbell, you gotta step away from the weight, and you gotta get outside and feel life right up in your face. Its important to be strong in the gym, but it means nothing if you don't live a strong lifestyle with integrity, courage, leadership and genius.
