Sometimes you don't have time to get to the gym, but you always have time to get down and dirty in the garage, in the basement, in the yard, or the parking lot down the street. I am not saying you have to get a barbell out and practice technique, but you can always do something. What that something is, is up to you to find out. Get a sandbag, a rope, some rings, or just use your body, but get it done. Here is a quick video of me getting it done in the condo parking garage where I live. The doors in the background is the storage center where I keep some equipment. A few minutes to pull out my bar, a few sets under some weight, and I am good to go.

I have about a 6x6 square of of carpet space in my office at work that is my gym on some days. There are a few KB's and dumbbells in the corner along with a Power Wheel. I definitely appreciate any additional "luxuries" like a tabata/interval timer and workout music on the iPhone or computer. It is good to know that all I really need is my body, the space, 15 minutes and determination. Thanks for your motivation, Matt.
